Series GRB Grippers.... Saving time and motion!

PHD's Series GRB Gripper with its 180 degree total jaw rotation might be one of the most cost-saving devices in your next machine design. Consider the possibility of eliminating an entire axis of motion by implementing this unique product's capability.

Offered in six bore sizes, these grippers can develop total grip forces ranging from 5 lbs. up to 500 lbs. or more. Their rugged one-piece bodies and large hardened steel jaw drivers provide a high degree of precision with a minimum of jaw play. Along with long life piston and rod seals, the Series GRB features internal shock pads that help reduce end of rotation shock on open and ensure quiet operation.

Possibly the most beneficial characteristic of this series is the GRB's ability to provide up to 180 degrees of total jaw rotation allowing the jaws to rotate completely clear of the work area and potentially eliminating an otherwise required axis of travel.
