Vaccon offers a
Full Pneumatic Air Saver System. The air
saver system is ideal for vacuum
applications that are time dependent. It
reduces use of compressed air, reducing the
overhead costs.

The CDF Series
vacuum pump was initially designed to
function as an air amplifier generating a
high vacuum flow and a high exhaust flow
using a small amount of compressed air.
CDF's are ideal for applications that
require high levels of flow such as the
rapid evacuation of fumes, blow drying wet
materials, or to cool hot areas and/or
materials.
Using the same principle and
characteristics, (high vacuum and exhaust
flow) the CDF air amplifier can act as a
vacuum cup simply by using the vacuum inlet
in place of a cup. The CDF vacuum pump
generates a high vacuum flow enabling it to
overcome the leaks inherent in trying to
pick up porous objects.
Seven standard models are available with
bores of 1/8" to 2." Air velocity and flow
of all models are field adjustable to
provide a wide range of conditions to meet
individual application needs. |
Vaccon's DF Series
of high flow vacuum pumps provides a
reliable and cost effective method of
in-line transfer of complex shapes and bulk
materials such as; small parts up to 3
inches in diameter, continuous strips, and
powders. Vacuum flow rates can be infinitely
controlled over the pumps entire range by
regulating the input pressure. The pump's
unique capability to create instantaneous
vacuum flow and high air velocity combined
with its straight through, smooth bore
design allows material to pass directly
through the unit at high speeds without
interference or clogging. Its compact design
facilitates placement close to the work area
for maximum efficiency and ease of
installation. |

Bellows cups have a pliable outer rim that
will conform to curved or uneven surfaces
while the bellows sections compensate for
inconsistent stack heights. |
Flat
cups without cleats are flexible and work
well in applications that do not require
lifting heavy loads. Flat cups only achieve
the holding force of the area of the
thru-hole. In food packaging for example, a
flat cup can be used to apply a label to an
uneven surface such as a package of chicken. |
Like
cleated cups, oval cups have heavy load
handling capabilities due to their rigid
design and large vacuum work area. Oval cups
have the largest lifting force because they
provide the most surface area for a given
cup footprint. |

cups are used for curved and irregular
surfaces, not for flat surfaces. They can
conform to and lift over corners and edges. |
Universal cups are used in handling objects
with flat or slightly curved surfaces. |
Ultra miniature cups are ideal for use in
picking up extremely small parts such as
computer chips, wafers and electronic
components. In high temperature materials,
ultra miniature cups may be used in
laboratory and food processing environment. |

a conventional cup won't work, the CDF
Series will. Ideal for porous objects when
high flow is critical such as foam, fabric,
circuit boards or when objects are not the
same size or shape. |
Vaccon’s lightweight Vacuum Pencil is ideal
for the manual placement of small parts. It
operates using compressed air as a
continuous air vacuum handling system. No
matter what size or shape component you are
working on, the Vaccon Vacuum Pencil can be
easily adapted to pick up an object just by
adding the proper vacuum cup and probe. |
Spring levelers are recommended for
applications where parts must be lifted from
different horizontal levels. Spring levelers
offer a variety of benefits when handling
parts including: Height compensation and
shock reduction. Vaccon spring levelers are
designed for easy interface and retrofit. |

Vaccon's new Digital Sensors offer two
switch outputs and one analog output. These
new digital sensors are fully programmable
with a large LED displays. |
Recognizing the need for compact vacuum
products, Vaccon has developed a line of
solid state switches and transducers. Vaccon
offers three types of switches in both
vacuum and pressure versions: a sinking
switch, a logic switch for PLC applications,
and a sourcing switch. Vaccon also offers
vacuum and pressure transducers; Analog
(4-20) and Digital (0-5 vdc). |
These switches are ideal for use in
automated systems to generate a low current
electrical signal for input to a PLC or
other logic controller. They are normally
open, diaphragm operated and utilize low
stress deflecting contacts instead of
sliding or pivoting parts resulting in high
reliability and long life. Both models
feature a vernier adjustment screw
permitting accurate vacuum actuation
settings. |

Vaccon offers both vacuum and pressure
gauges with either a bottom or center-back
mount. Vaccon vacuum and pressure gauges can
be used with Vaccon vacuum pumps and other
pneumatic devices for measurement of air,
water or other media that have no effect on
bronze. |
Vaccon silencers are extremely effective in
reducing air exhaust noise from venturi
pumps and other pneumatic devices. Vaccon
silencers reduce noise levels by up to 30dB
while allowing high flow rates with minimal
back pressure. |

Compact in-line filters for adverse
conditions provide added protection of 10
micron filtration and have a 150 psi
pressure rating. Filters are constructed
from rugged injection molded nylon and
plastic. Vaccon offers eight different
design configurations for maximum placement
versatility and easy installation. |
